Since Quality has become an obsession for us, we count with a QA department directed by a QA Manager and integrated with pharmacists, inspectors, inventory control and process analyst professionals that make sure that we comply and that all procedures are well conducted according to our certifications:

Good Manufacturing Practice – GMP
Good Storage Practice – GSP
ISO 9001.

And of course customer full satisfaction. For planning, control and continuous quality and customer service improve we count with:
1.Balance Score Card, on which customers have, thought our Web site full access, to monitor and track their orders and know at all time our performance level in each our processes or logistics activities.

2. Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), defined and according to each customer quality requirements and needs. The KPI’s are managed, controlled and improved by our Key Account Managers and Quality Analyst.

3. Key Accounts Managers and Customer Service Representatives, assigned fore each customer.

For each one of our processes we use state of the art equipment and technology to execute them with effectiveness, efficiently and at the same time with tools that allow us to measure at all time our performance and be in constant optimization of our operation and services.
